I have had this notion for sometime that if you want to buy electronics, buy from Store only and not online. So when I bought my Samsung S21 FE 5g mobile from one of the well known electronics stores in Dubai, and the phone started heating up in the 1st week itself, the store refused to return it and asked me to send the phone to their service center which was not a solution as one can not stay without a phone.Contrast this with another scenario: I bought a 55 inches Chinese TV from Amazon. Exactly few days past it’s warranty period, the Chinese TV stopped working – it was a display problem which no one was prepared to rectify. I got in touch with Amazon and explained to them the company that sold the TV on Amazon platform has left UAE and does not have a Service Center here, so I can’t go for paid repairs., and upon the 3rd call and talking to a customer care executive who showed empathy, Amazon refunded my entire amount.So I used my entire refund of 1489 Dhs and added some more and got Sony TV 55X80K and it is brilliant. The actual delivery came from Jumbo. The colors are amazing. The experience of watching Netflix on Sony is enthralling. If you want to buy a TV, buy from Amazon as you will get the refund if anything goes wrong in the warranty period. I got mine even after the warranty was over.Furthermore, if you are watching Netflix which has several movies in Ultra HD with 4K format, buy this version of Sony only and not the cheaper version as this version carries the HD processor and colours are coming out extremely well. Overall I am very very happy with Sony, and with Amazon which has earned my trust.Learnt my lesson: I will never buy Chinese electronics products again.

More reviews are available on internet, however after 6 months usage, good product and recommended,
