IT Sales Executive (IT Hardware and Software Sales - B2B)

Job Description:

Play a key role to develop and execute the sales plan in the local market based on the company strategy.

Represent Mtech to discuss cooperation details, reach regional sales target with potential and existing sales leads.

Provide daily business support and manage the business relationships with selected clients. (including sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out)

  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

  • Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.

  • Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.

  • Following up on leads

  • Investigating and resolving queries from customers

  • To Build business through recognizing prospects and selling to them

  • To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent education background.

Well command of written and spoken English, good negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Familiar with the B2B sales model, and knows how local market works.

Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate customers relationship development and maintenance, be able to deliver sales results through others;

Well experienced in cultivate local market, and resourced in the local market are plus

  • Having good experience on selling IT products and understanding on technologies

  • Combined Cisco/DELL/HPE/HUAWEI/DELL EMC / Epson / HP computers

  • Detail orientated, analytical, ability to think quickly and high results orientated.

Be optimistic and good in self-emotion control, with a hunger for achievement but a humble Personality.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

  • Customer engagement with local Resellers, Integrators, Distributors, and SME to ensure growth for our business.

  • Maintain a strong client relationship through consistent communication during all phases of the process

  • Identify sales opportunities with new customers and continuously offer valid inquiries

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Over 3 years of sales experience with the Routers, Switches, Severs, or Storages, laptops, desktops, printers

  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn

  • Reliable, responsible, and flexible

  • Team players and familiar with international trade
