It houses 5 Ethernet ports with 10 to a 100Mbps connections for extremely quick transfer capabilities. Share folders as well as files between many computers by connecting them to the desktop switch. To share an internet connection, simply connect to a router. Located above each port are dual LED indicators which denote the current link status.

There is also an LED power indicator located on the D-Link Ethernet desktop switch for the sake of convenience. The 802.3x flow control feature provides a steady and consistent connection by minimizing dropped packets. This is done when your connected devices reach their receiving buffer capacity
