Cannot connect to Wifi
Cannot connect the printer to wifi, I tired so many times with different options ( Via HP smart App, 5G only, 2G only, Smart connect 2G-5G). I even tried to print via direct connection and it didn’t work! This printer is the worst.

Not up to my expecations …
I had a previous model, this model prints much slower. And it is wireless, but outside of that I do not see any significant features in this product vis-a-vis a 5 years old model I was using.

A printer that works with you 👍🏼
– Quality: This printer is definitely a good quality for it’s price and for home use. I love the features that comes with it, especially the option of connecting it with your google drive. you can directly save the documents you scanned to your google drive through your mobile or laptop. Also their mobile app comes with the camera scan. The printer also doesn’t make too much noise when it’s printing.- speed: it doesn’t print that fast but it’s not too slow. I love how scanning documents is very simple through their app- Setting up: The set up was very simple and easy as long as you follow it step by step carefully. A kid can set this up without a sweat.- Delivery: was delivered to me the next day.

For it’s price, it’s great. Everything you could want. My only issue with it is you cnat print double sides unless you manually flip the paper or set it up on a computer so that it could work, but otherwise a great cheap option

Its not the most stable printer
Since i bough it i’ve had issues. I still cant connect it to the wifi. Its a very complicated process and i still havent been able to figure it out.It aslo doesn’t print all the time. The paper doesn’t go through that easily and warning sign also comes on. If your looking for a seamless solution not the best option. Overall is works but with headache

Worst quality ever
The printer stopped printing red color even after changing the cartiage. The plastic of the printer turned from white to yellow within the first two months. The PC software is so hard to communicate with the printer and everytime you need to print you have to do the installing again. It is a waste of money and time.

Wifi not connecting – Dont buy
Its been a month i had bought this printer. As of today it does not connect to wifi. it reflects being offline on my pc. I am not able to print anything. Also the printer did not came with any USB connector in case we dont want wifi connection.

Not 100% satisfied
This is a good all in one printer but the scanning is not readily done with a simple button. So not sure how this feature is still done – reading manuals online, it requires a camera, etc and not place and press feature with a simple button.

– It is extremely hard to connect to printer wifi, keeps disconnecting- Kept showing errors in the mobile app for printer wifi connection- The first day started printing, the printing quality seems as if cartridges are on the lowest color level, a very bad result- For anything to print, you need to create a PDF first- You have to download an app and a plug-in for wifi printing setup- Unfortunately, I had to return it

The printer was fine
The printer was easy to setup and start using. Very stingy of HP to not include a small USB cable with the printer but still its easy to setup even on wifi. Will look forward to how much pages its able to print with included cartridge.The scanner is also working fine. The HP scanner app is stupid and forces to make an account with HP. So using the native windows scanner application.

Good Printer for the Home use.
Received in Time. All as advertised. Certainly its an HP product and it has to have certain quality. Since I have very limited printing requirement this is fine for me. I only used USB cable to set up and in a few minutes it was ready to print. I’m really happy with it for the price I paid. One cannot get a Rolls Royce at the price of a Toyota Corolla.
