BELDEN 1696A – DIGITAL AUDIO DOUBLE SCREENED STRANDED CONDUCTOR TWIN CABLE

Foil and braid screened cable for AES/EBU digital audio. Available cut to length in any multiple of 1 metre

Technical Specification:

Conductors: 7/0.255mm (7/30AWG) (0.35mm sq.) (22AWG) tinned copper
Insulation: Datalene® (foamed high density polyethylene), white, blue
Construction: Two cores twisted together with 7/0.20 (7/32AWG) plain copper drain wire
Screen 1: Aluminium/polyester foil
Screen 2: Tinned copper braid, 90% optical coverage
Jacket: PVC, 5.94mm OD, black
Impedance: 110 ohms
Capacitance: 43pF/m core to core, 85pF/m core to core+screen
